You can establish your delivery days by emailing or contacting our telephone sales department.
 
Yes but we will check this with you to prevent deliveries being misdirected.
 
You must contact our telephone sales team by email or telephone. Please note an order is not cancelled until we have confirmed the cancellation to you.
 
Orders over £100 on your normal delivery days are free.
 
You can request an RMA by accessing the order history and opening the relevant order the email button will send an email to one of our telephone sales team who will contact you.
 
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses.
 
Within our normal delivery area we deliver on our own vans. We use selected couriers where necessary.
 
If the item is in stock and you have not requested another delivery date it will arrive on your next delivery. If the item is out of stock we will chase our suppliers and get it to you as soon as we can on the next available delivery. Your Area Sales Manager or our telephone sales department can advise you on the progress of your orders.

You can pay your monthly account by BACS, cheques or major credit and debit cards. Please note we do not accept AmEx.
